Q チェックイン前、またはチェックアウト後に荷物を預かっていただくことはできますか?A フロントにてお預かりいたします。お荷物の送付、受取も承ります。
Q チェックイン・チェックアウトは何時ですか?
A チェックイン 15:00、チェックアウトは 11:00です。 当日の状況次第ではアーリーチェックインも可能です。
Q 部屋に貴重品の金庫はありますか?
A ロビーに貴重品用金庫がございます。
Q キャンセル料はいくらですか?いつから発生しますか?
A 通常キャンセル料は5日前から発生します。
ただし予約経路によって条件が異なりますので、詳しくは直接お問い合わせ下さい。
Q Wi-Fiはありますか?
A 客室を含む館内全域で無料でご利用いただけます。
Q 客室に洗浄機付トイレはついていますか?
A 全客室に洗浄機付きトイレがございます。
Q ホテルに駐車場はありますか?
A 専用駐車場はございませんので、周辺のコインパーキングを駐車場をご利用下さいませ。
フロントでもご案内させて頂きますが、年末年始、桜や紅葉のシーズンは非常に高額になりますので、
公共交通機関でのご来館をおすすめ致します。
Q ホテル内でタバコは吸えますか? 喫煙室はありますか?
A 全館禁煙です。(屋外に喫煙場所を設けてあります。）

Q Can I leave my luggage before checking in or after checking out?A YES. We are happy to keep your luggage for free before checking in or after the checking out.
Q Can we send our luggage to your hotel prior to checking in? And can we also send the luggage from your hotel to our next destination in Japan?
A YES. We are capable of receiving your luggage beforehand as well as to send them to your next destination in Japan.
If you wish to send your luggage / package, please be sure to specify your check-in date and the full name of reservation name on delivery label.
Please make your payment in advance.
Q Do you have a laundry service?
A NO, but there are coin laundries in a walking distance.
Q Is there a parking lot nearby?
A We do not have a parking space within our facility, but there are some coin-operated parking lot nearby. Please feel free to contact us for further information about it.
Q Is there any non-smoking room available?
A All the rooms are non-smoking rooms. However, we do have a smoking space outside.
Q Is it possible to make a payment in advance?
A Yes. We have an onlinepayment system. If you would like to use this system, please let us know your e-mail address , after booking.
