Q Can I leave my luggage before checking in or after checking out?

A YES. We are happy to keep your luggage for free before checking in or after the checking out.

 
Q Can we send our luggage to your hotel prior to checking in? And can we also send the luggage from your hotel to our next destination in Japan?

A YES. We are capable of receiving your luggage beforehand as well as to send them to your next destination in Japan.
If you wish to send your luggage / package, please be sure to specify your check-in date and the full name of reservation name on delivery label.
Please make your payment in advance.

 
Q Do you have breakfast for vegetarian?

A YES. We do have breakfast menus corresponding both vegetarian and vegan. We are also capable of providing a gluten-free breakfast as well.

 
Q Do you have a laundry service?

A NO, but there are coin laundries in a walking distance.

 
Q  Is there a parking lot nearby?

A We do not have a parking space within our facility, but there are some coin-operated parking lot nearby. Please feel free to contact us for further information about it.

 
Q Is there any non-smoking room available?

A All the rooms are non-smoking rooms. However, we do have a smoking space outside.

 
Q Is it possible to make a payment in advance?

A Yes. We have an onlinepayment system. If you would like to use this system, please let us know your e-mail address , after booking.
